How it works
Double bookings between reception and phone, patients who forget, and a doctor who cannot see who is waiting. A shared calendar with per-doctor columns fixes the first; reminders fix the second; a live queue fixes the third.
A booked patient is checked in at reception and moves into the doctor's queue with their record already open. Walk-ins are added to the same queue, so the doctor sees one list, not a diary plus a paper slip.
