Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (personally or on behalf of an organisation) and Yuktii Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By accessing the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them. Last reviewed: 2026.

The service

Yuktii is cloud healthcare practice-management software that helps clinics manage patient records, appointments, clinical documentation, treatment and care plans, prescriptions, billing, reporting and operations across specialties. It may provide AI-assisted features to support documentation and administration. The Services are yuktiiclinov.in, the application at app.yuktiiclinov.in, the Yuktii mobile apps, and related products.

Accounts and eligibility

The Services are for authorised healthcare professionals, clinic staff and healthcare organisations aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Each user must have their own account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — no unauthorised access, no interference with operation or security, no scraping or bulk extraction outside provided export features, no use that breaches applicable law or the rights of others, and no use to send messages without the recipient’s recorded consent.

Subscriptions and payment

Yuktii is free to start. Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed in advance for the billing period. Prices may change with notice. Non-payment may lead to suspension. See Pricing.

Your data and ownership

Clinic and patient data entered into the Services belongs to the clinic. We process it as a service provider to deliver the Services and under our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and on account closure it is exported and then deleted or anonymised in line with legal obligations.

Clinical responsibility

Yuktii is a documentation and operations tool. It does not practise medicine or dentistry. All clinical decisions — diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, interpretation of investigations and images — remain the responsibility of the treating clinician. AI-assisted outputs are drafts for clinician review and are not clinical advice.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Termination and data export

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. Before closure, you can export clinic data; after closure it is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yuktii is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution steps we agree.
