What we use

Essential cookies and storage — the Yuktii application uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, hold your session securely, and remember basic preferences. These are required for the application to work and do not need consent.

Your cookie choice — a first-party cookie called yc_consent remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. It stores only the word “granted” or “denied”, lasts 12 months, and is shared between www.yuktiiclinov.in and app.yuktiiclinov.in so you are asked once.

Analytics (only if you accept) — we use Microsoft Clarity on this marketing site to see heatmaps and session recordings of how visitors use our pages (cookies _clck, up to one year, and _clsk, one day; provided by Microsoft Corporation; no patient data is ever on this site). We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and guides help doctors find Yuktii and which sign-up steps people complete. If you accept, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_C8ZNY82Z7F (up to two years) and receives page and event data such as pages viewed, buttons clicked (for example “Start for free”) and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Inside the Yuktii application we send only event names (for example that a clinic was created or a first patient was added) and an anonymous, hashed clinic reference — never patient information. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC and may process data outside India. We disable Google signals and ad personalisation.

Chat support (functional) — our live-chat widget is provided by tawk.to and is available to every visitor through the chat button. The chat is only loaded when you click that button; until then no tawk.to script runs and no tawk.to cookie is set. Once you open it, to provide the chat it stores cookies and browser storage (for example __tawkuuid and TawkConnectionTime) that recognise you across pages and keep a conversation going, and it processes what you type in chat. These are functional cookies used to provide the service, so they are not switched off by the analytics choice below. If you would rather not use them, contact us by WhatsApp or phone, or block cookies from tawk.to in your browser settings.

Nothing else — we do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or social-media pixels.

Choosing and changing your consent

Analytics (Google Analytics and Clarity) stays off until you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time — withdrawing deletes the Google Analytics and Clarity cookies from your browser and stops further data being sent (this does not affect the chat widget’s functional cookies described above):

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Yuktii application.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Services change. Material changes will be notified through the Services.
