The problem
Many people with diabetes are diagnosed but not controlled
In a nationally representative survey of 57,810 Indian adults aged 45 and over (Lancet Global Health, 2025), 60.1% of people with diabetes were aware of it and 45.7% of those diagnosed had glycaemic control (HbA1c below 7.0%); ICMR-INDIAB estimated diabetes prevalence at 11.4% and prediabetes at 15.3% across India. Control depends on repeated, well-documented reviews, yet each visit's HbA1c usually sits on a slip, so the direction over a year and the reason a dose changed are hard to see.
How Clinov solves it
Every review on one record, with recalls
Yuktii records vitals and investigations at each visit, carries results you advised earlier to the next visit until they are reviewed, keeps prescriptions with per-medicine instructions and diet plans on the record, and runs structured recalls.
