The problem
Nearly one child in four is still not fully immunised
National Family Health Survey data put full immunisation among children aged 12–23 months at 76.81% (95% CI 76.18–77.42) in NFHS-5 (2019–21), up from 62.54% in NFHS-4, so nearly one in four was still not fully immunised. An Indian Journal of Medical Research analysis of the survey rounds also found a national gap of 27.8% between the BCG and hepatitis B birth doses. Parents forget dates, and a clinic that relies on the parent's card has no record of its own.
How Clinov solves it
Growth, immunisation status and follow-up on one child record
Yuktii's paediatric examination has an Anthropometry & Growth section and an Immunisation section that records status and the vaccines given today. Prescriptions come from templates, and follow-ups and recalls bring the child back.
