Treatment choices include braces, aligner, retainer and space maintainer. They sit in a treatment plan with an estimated cost, and the plan can be split into numbered stages for a course that runs many months.
Each stage has a status and its own notes, so at the next appointment the orthodontist opens the case and sees what was adjusted last time. Appointments can be booked against a specific stage.
Photos and X-rays can be uploaded to the patient's record and linked to the treatment, so progress images are kept with the case and not in folders on a phone.
3D scan files (including STL, PLY and OBJ) can be uploaded and viewed in the browser, so a scan is kept with the patient.
Lab case forms are available for clear aligners, orthodontic appliances, space maintainers, night guards and splints, and whitening trays, and the lab can be sent a link to the case on WhatsApp.
Invoices are GST-ready, payments are tracked against them, and a patient's pending balance is visible, which helps with a course paid in parts. Recall rules by treatment type let the clinic set the next review.

Clinic and patient data is the clinic’s own. A clinic admin can download all of it whenever needed as one Excel workbook, with a sheet each for patients, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, billing, payments, inventory and staff.
