The clinic sets how many chairs it has, and each appointment is booked for a doctor and a chair with a length you choose. Bookings respect working hours, and Yuktii will not start a second active patient on a chair or with a doctor who is still occupied.
Patients get a queue token for the day, and a priority can be set. Scheduled visits, walk-ins, same-day extras and emergencies all go into the same queue, so reception can see who is next for which doctor.
The system records when a patient was checked in, seated, sent to the doctor, started and completed by the doctor, moved to billing, paid and checked out. That shows where patients wait and where the handoff between chairside and billing slows down.
Doctors, reception, admin and other staff have role-based access, and actions are audit-logged, so assistants and front-desk staff see what they need and no more.
Reports include doctors and doctor commission alongside revenue, patients, treatments and lab cases, so the owner of a busy clinic can see who did what for any period.
Lab cases are raised against a treatment. For treatments started from a treatment template, Yuktii will not let the treatment be closed while its stages or required lab cases are incomplete, so a crown that has not come back is not closed as finished.

Clinic and patient data is the clinic’s own. A clinic admin can download all of it whenever needed as one Excel workbook, with a sheet each for patients, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, billing, payments, inventory and staff.
