Create the lab case from the treatment with the lab, material, shade, written instructions and a due date. Cases and their due dates are listed in one lab-management screen, so reception can see what is still out.
A secure link instead of a phone call
Send the case to the lab as a secure link on WhatsApp. The lab opens it without creating an account and can update the status itself. The link is the credential, so treat it like a password and share it only with the lab it was made for.
The eleven statuses a case moves through
A case is Planned, Ready to send, Sent, In production, Quality check, Dispatched, Received, Trial, Fitted, Rework or Cancelled. Rework and Cancelled are statuses in their own right, so a remake is a visible step in the case history rather than a message someone has to remember.
A timeline of who did what
Each case keeps an activity log: when the secure link was sent, when the lab opened it and every status change. When a lab says it never received the case, the history shows what happened.
Lab partners and templates
Labs are saved as partners with their contact number, so a repeat lab is one selection. Lab case templates hold the type of work, material, shade, priority, quoted cost and standard instructions, and you can start from a starter set for your specialty.
Billing
When you create a case you can choose to add it to the patient's invoice, or leave it off if the lab cost is handled separately.
What it does not do
Yuktii tracks the case and its status. It does not manufacture, price or ship the work, and it does not book the fitting appointment for you: book the fitting in the normal appointment calendar.
Common questions
Can the lab see the cases?
Yes. Each case you send goes to the lab as a secure link, and Yuktii also has a lab portal area for cases.
Can I reuse lab instructions?
Yes. Lab case templates store the material, shade, priority, quoted cost and instructions, so you pick one instead of retyping.
Is lab work billed with the treatment?
You can add a lab case to the patient's invoice when you create it.
Does the lab need a Yuktii account?
No. The lab receives a secure link and can open the case and update its status without signing up.
What happens if a case has to be remade?
Set the status to Rework. The case keeps its history, so the original send, the trial and the remake are all recorded on the same case.

Clinic and patient data is the clinic’s own. A clinic admin can download all of it whenever needed as one Excel workbook, with a sheet each for patients, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, billing, payments, inventory and staff.
