The problem

Chronic patients disappear between reviews

No one is chasing the diabetic who should have come back last month.

How Clinov solves it

Clinov schedules and reminds

Review dates on the record, recall lists for reception and WhatsApp reminders.

Registration that doesn't slow the desk

Capture name, mobile number, age and the reason for the visit first, and complete the rest during the consultation. Long registration forms create queues at the desk, and the fields nobody needs on day one are the ones most often left blank.

One patient, one record

Duplicate records are the most common way a clinic's data goes wrong: the same patient registered twice under a slightly different spelling, with the history split between them. Search by mobile number before creating a new record, and use one identifier for every visit.

One record across doctors and specialties

In a multi-doctor clinic a referral should carry the history with it. When the second doctor opens the same record, previous visits, prescriptions and reports are already there and the patient does not repeat their story.

Attach documents to the visit they belong to

Reports, images and consent forms are most useful next to the note from the day they were created. Filing them against the visit, not in a shared folder, means the next consultation opens with the evidence beside the complaint.

Record consent and contact preferences at registration

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects clear notice and consent for processing personal data, so record what the patient agreed to and how they want to be contacted. ABDM support for linking ABHA health records is coming soon.

Follow-up is part of the record

Chronic patients such as those with diabetes, BP or thyroid conditions need scheduled reviews. Keep the next review date on the record and remind the patient, so a missed review shows up on a list instead of going unnoticed.

Control who can see what

Reception, doctors and billing need different access. Role-based access and an audit log show who opened or changed a record, and Yuktii encrypts sensitive patient contact fields.

Common questions

What is patient management software?

Software that keeps a patient's registration details, visit history, documents and follow-ups in one searchable record, instead of separate registers or spreadsheets, so the same information does not have to be re-entered at every visit.

How should a clinic organise patient records?

One record per patient with dated visits, documents and follow-ups, searchable by name and mobile number, so every doctor and desk works from the same history.

How do I follow up chronic patients?

Schedule a review at each visit and use recall lists and WhatsApp reminders so overdue patients are visible to reception.

How do I avoid duplicate patient records?

Search by mobile number before registering a new patient, and use one identifier for every visit.

Is patient data safe?

Yuktii encrypts sensitive contact fields, controls access by role and keeps an audit log. See the Security page for details.

Does it work for multi-doctor clinics?

Yes. Doctors and staff share one clinic with role-based access and a shared record, so referrals carry the history with them.

Your data

Your data, your reports, your call

Everything you enter belongs to your clinic

Clinic and patient data is the clinic’s own. A clinic admin can download all of it whenever needed as one Excel workbook, with a sheet each for patients, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, billing, payments, inventory and staff.

Moving from another software?

Send us your existing records as an Excel or CSV file. Our team maps the columns, checks every row for problems and imports your patients, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, invoices and payments after review. An import can be rolled back if something is wrong. Talk to us about switching.

Reports you can download as PDF

Download the overview, today’s snapshot, revenue, expenses, patients, doctors, treatments, medicines, lab cases, stock and doctor commission as PDF reports. The analytics cover clinical, revenue, patient, doctor, inventory and operations views for any period you choose, with AI insights on top.
