A dermatologist needs clinical photos and procedure courses; a physiotherapist needs sessions and progress; an Ayurvedic clinic needs dosha and formulation formats. If a vendor shows one generic consultation form for everyone, your doctors will keep paper on the side.
GST-ready invoices in rupees, part payments, WhatsApp as the reminder channel and, increasingly, ABDM support are baseline requirements here, not extras. Ask to see each on screen, not on a slide.
