How it works
A typed-from-scratch note takes longer than the examination itself, so notes get shortened or written later from memory. Yuktii starts from your specialty's complaint, finding and diagnosis presets, so the doctor taps and edits instead of typing.
Notes are stored against the visit in fields — complaint, examination, diagnosis, advice — rather than one block of free text. That makes a patient's history readable at the next visit, and lets reports and recalls use the diagnosis.
Yuktii's AI assists with documentation: you can dictate into the consultation fields, and suggestions appear as you type for you to accept or dismiss. Nothing is saved until the doctor reviews it.
