01The ayurveda clinic day: before and after
Without one system, a ayurveda clinic typically keeps dosha & agni assessment presets on paper, appointments in a separate register, and billing apart from the patient record — so reception, the doctor and billing are each working from a different source for the same visit. On Yuktii, one visit record carries the reception queue, dosha & agni assessment presets and diagnosis notes & presets, prescriptions and GST billing together, so nothing has to be re-entered or reconciled by hand between the front desk and the ayurveda doctor.
02Start with Patient Records
Most Ayurveda clinics begin with Patient Records and Dosha & Agni Assessment Presets, then add Diagnosis Notes & Presets and Therapy Courses & Panchakarma (sittings) once the team is comfortable. Appointments, prescriptions, GST billing and follow-up run on the same patient record throughout. For the full ayurveda examination, documentation and patient journey, see Yuktii for ayurveda.
03What is ready when you enable Ayurveda
When a clinic enables ayurveda in Yuktii, the app creates 82 quick-pick presets for complaints, examination findings and diagnoses, 8 prescription templates, 21 medicines, 4 consent forms and 10 procedure templates. All of it is editable, so you can rename, remove or add to it to match how your clinic works. The presets speed up documentation; the clinician decides what is recorded and prescribed.
04Examples from the Ayurveda presets
Complaints you can pick from include Joint pain, Digestive issues, Skin disease, Chronic fatigue, Stress and Obesity. Examination findings include Dosha imbalance assessed (Vata/Pitta/Kapha), Pulse examination done, Digestive fire (Agni) assessed, Joint stiffness noted and Tongue examination (Jihva Pariksha) done. Diagnosis labels include Vata imbalance, Pitta imbalance, Kapha imbalance, Amavata (rheumatoid-like joint disease) and Agnimandya (digestive weakness). These are starting labels to speed up note-taking, not clinical advice.
05Ayurveda prescription templates
The starter templates are General Digestive Support, Amavata (Joint Pain), Manasika Vikara (Stress & Anxiety), Sthaulya (Obesity), Amlapitta (Acidity), Kasa-Shwasa (Respiratory), Rasayana (Immunity Boost) and Arsha (Piles). Each is a pre-filled list the doctor edits before issuing, and the finished prescription can be downloaded as a PDF or sent on WhatsApp.
06Try it on real Ayurveda patients
The first 20 patients are free with the full Ayurveda workflow and no credit card, so you can run a genuine week of clinic before deciding. Solo then starts from ₹799/month and Pro from ₹1,499/month, depending on your specialty.
07Ten therapy templates as courses
The Ayurveda starter kit has therapy templates for Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Panchakarma detox course, Basti, Udvartana, Nasya, Virechana, Swedana, Kati Basti and Pizhichil, each with a default cost and set up as a course of sittings. The clinic can edit them.
08Assessment presets in Ayurvedic terms
Quick-pick presets cover dosha imbalance (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Agni, Nadi and Prakriti assessed, and diagnosis labels such as Agnimandya, so the note uses the vocabulary of the practice. They are presets to speed up notes, not a scored assessment.
09Classical prescriptions and formulations
Eight prescription templates, named for conditions such as Amavata, Amlapitta, Sthaulya and Arsha, and a catalogue of classical formulations (churnas, arishtas, guggulus, oils) give the doctor an editable starting point.
10Consent for therapies
Four consent forms are included, for Panchakarma therapy, Abhyanga and Shirodhara, Basti therapy and general Ayurvedic therapy, which the clinic can edit.
