The problem
Adherence problems are predictable, and clinics can look for them
The Manual Therapy systematic review of 20 studies found strong evidence that poor adherence was associated with low baseline physical activity, low adherence to exercise during treatment, low self-efficacy, depression, anxiety, helplessness, poor social support and increased pain during exercise. Those are things a therapist can ask about at the first assessment, if there is a consistent place to record the answers.
How Clinov solves it
Assessment, plan and progress on one record
Yuktii ships assessment findings as presets, keeps treatment and home-exercise plans on the patient record with a PDF the patient can receive, and tracks progress and follow-ups across the course of sittings.
