Diagram
One patient visit, start to finish
The steps Yuktii records for a single outpatient visit, from booking to checkout. This is what the product does, not a benchmark or a claim about how long any step takes.
What each step records
- Booked. Pre-appointment, walk-in or emergency, for a doctor and a chair or room.
- Checked in. Reception marks arrival; walk-ins and emergencies are checked in automatically.
- Seated. Moved to the chair or consulting room.
- Sent to doctor. Queue moves the patient to the doctor's screen.
- Consultation. Findings, treatment plan or prescription recorded on the visit.
- Billing. An invoice is created from the visit.
- Paid. Payment is recorded against the invoice.
- Checked out. The visit closes.
Where this comes from
These are the steps Yuktii’s own appointment record keeps a timestamp for: check-in, seating, being sent to the doctor, the doctor starting and completing the consultation, billing, payment and checkout. Walk-in and emergency visits skip the booking step. Not every visit reaches every later step in the same way – a quick consultation may end in a prescription rather than a treatment plan – but the record moves through the same stages in the same order.
Use this diagram
It is here for anyone mapping their own clinic’s workflow against what a system like this actually tracks: a receptionist explaining the flow to new staff, or a clinic comparing two products against the same set of stages. It describes the product, not a specific clinic’s day.
About this diagram
Is this diagram based on a real clinic's timings?
No. It shows the steps the product records for every visit, in order. No timing or duration data is used, because none exists for this site.
Does every visit go through every step?
Walk-in and emergency visits skip the booking step and are checked in directly. Not every visit ends in a treatment plan; some are a consultation and a prescription.
Where does this data come from in the product?
Yuktii's appointment record keeps a timestamp for check-in, seating, being sent to the doctor, the doctor starting and completing the consultation, billing, payment and checkout.
Your data
Your data, your reports, your call
Everything you enter belongs to your clinic
Clinic and patient data is the clinic’s own. A clinic admin can download all of it whenever needed as one Excel workbook, with a sheet each for patients, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, billing, payments, inventory and staff.
Moving from another software?
Send us your existing records as an Excel or CSV file. Our team maps the columns, checks every row for problems and imports your patients, appointments, treatments, prescriptions, invoices and payments after review. An import can be rolled back if something is wrong. Talk to us about switching.
Reports you can download as PDF
Download the overview, today’s snapshot, revenue, expenses, patients, doctors, treatments, medicines, lab cases, stock and doctor commission as PDF reports. The analytics cover clinical, revenue, patient, doctor, inventory and operations views for any period you choose, with AI insights on top.
