A refund should be visible as a refund, not a deleted invoice. In Yuktii an invoice can have a refunded status.
If a crown is at the lab, the treatment is not finished. For treatments started from a treatment template, Yuktii will not let the treatment be closed while its required lab cases are incomplete.
