When a clinic enables unani in Yuktii, the app creates 86 quick-pick presets for complaints, examination findings and diagnoses, 8 prescription templates and 22 medicines. All of it is editable, so you can rename, remove or add to it to match how your clinic works. The presets speed up documentation; the clinician decides what is recorded and prescribed.

Examination findings include Mizaj (temperament) assessed, Pulse examination (Nabz) done, Digestive weakness noted, Joint stiffness noted and Urine examination (Baul) done. Diagnosis labels include Joint pain (Waja-ul-Mafasil), Indigestion (Su-e-Hazm), General weakness (Zoaf-e-Aam), Headache (Suda) and Constipation (Qabz). These are starting labels to speed up note-taking, not clinical advice.

Unani prescription templates

The starter templates are General Weakness, Joint Pain (Waja-ul-Mafasil), Indigestion (Su-e-Hazm), Constipation (Qabz), Piles (Bawaseer), Skin Disease (Amraz-e-Jild), Respiratory Complaints (Nazla-Zukam) and Low Energy / Libido (Zoaf-e-Bah). Each is a pre-filled list the doctor edits before issuing, and the finished prescription can be downloaded as a PDF or sent on WhatsApp.
